Ingredients
200gms Dark chocolate beans
125gms butter
120 gms caster sugar
4 eggs
25 gms corn-flour
To Make
1. Melt the chocolate and the butter in a saucepan until all the chocolate is melted.
2. Add your sugar and stir on low heat until all the sugar is dissolved. leave to cool for 5 minutes.
3. Beat in the eggs one at a time and then stir in the corn-flour.
4. Pour into grease proof flexi moulds or else muffin tins sprayed and lined.
5.Lastly top with berries, soaked dried fruit or cherries.
6. Bake in the oven for 30mins on 160c
